BOG's annual celebration of "all things apple" at Harestanes Visitor Centre, nr Jedburgh.

Apple identification, produce for sale, cider making tips, drying apples, apples for sale, children's activities, apple juice.

Small selection of local food stalls.  Cafe serving delicious apple related lunches.

Smailholm Village Hall. This is the meeting where we review our acitivities over the previous year, discuss issues which have arisen, and decide on  our general strategy for the following year. These are always interesting meetings where everyone gets a chance to have their say.

This is your chance to get involved in the decision making in BOG, voice your opinions and find out more about how we operate. The meeting is followed by a culinary highpoint in the year, as we all bring along a dish to share and have a really good lunch!
